So we fasted and earnestly prayed that our God would take care of us, and he heard our prayer.

Get up, for it is your duty to tell us how to proceed in setting things straight. We are behind you, so be strong and take action.”

Lord God my Father,
May I earnestly pursue you, may I believe I can be used for your kingdom, may my worth come from you, remove my doubt. Protect me from my own weakness, allow me to hear your commands and follow you. Transform me to a man of action.

Then God stirred the hearts

I felt encouraged because the gracious hand of the Lord my God was on me.

Lord God my Father,
Stir in my heart your desire, protect me from the lies in my thoughts that distract me from doing your will at all times. Allow me to live in your grace and surround me with your people and encourage me to move forward in cleansing your servant and restoring me to service for your kingdom.

“At that time Michael, the archangel12:1 Hebrew the great prince. who stands guard over your nation, will arise.

Many will be purified, cleansed, and refined by these trials. But the wicked will continue in their wickedness, and none of them will understand. Only those who are wise will know what it means.

Lord God my Father,
Make me sensitive to the spirit you are, allow me to join in prayer to bring your truth to the world. Cleanse me from my way and deliver me to the way you would have me.

“Lord, you are in the right; but as you see, our faces are covered with shame. This is true of all of us,

He replied, “Do you know why I have come? Soon I must return to fight against the spirit prince of the kingdom

Lord God my Father,
You are truth, that is all you can be. Remove in me the beliefs that are not of you and allow my prayers to strengthen the angles who fight the spirit war for your truth. May I be strengthened with your truth and overcome the weakness I have brought on myself. May your victory be swift.

The army of heaven was restrained from responding to this rebellion. So the daily sacrifice was halted, and truth was overthrown.

Lord God my father,
Make me aware of the rebellion and resist being a part of it, Keep my protected in your power and love.

But when his heart and mind were puffed up with arrogance, he was brought down from his royal throne and stripped of his glory.
Daniel soon proved himself more capable than all the other administrators and high officers.

Lord God my Father,
Protect my from myself, may I be your servant only doing your will. I surrender to your desire, rule me and may I serve you well.

the God whom we serve is able to save us. He will rescue us from your power, Your Majesty. 18But even if he doesn’t, we want to make it clear to you, Your Majesty, that we will never serve your gods or worship the gold statue you have set up.”

“Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise and glorify and honor the King of heaven. All his acts are just and true, and he is able to humble the proud.”

Lord God my Father,
I plea with you to save me, save me from who I desired to be since my youth. I have struggled to do this life my way all these years, now I only want to do what you created me to do. Bring clarity to my thoughts and movement to my hands so I can release your desire in my actions. I am arrogant in who I am and what I have done when you are the reason any good has come from me. Lord God, your will be done.

God gave these four young men an unusual aptitude for understanding every aspect of literature and wisdom.

“Praise the name of God forever and ever,
for he has all wisdom and power.

Lord God my Father,
Give me a desire to know you better everyday so I may think and act the way I was designed by you to be. Thank you for loving me when I was so rebellious to you.

So they impaled Haman on the pole he had set up for Mordecai, and the king’s anger subsided

Mordecai the Jew became the prime minister, with authority next to that of King Xerxes himself.

Lord God my Father,
Take the plans and thoughts of this world that intend to weaken the world and turn them to bring you glory. Take the attack of evil and reveal it for what it is, bring truth to the light. Use me as you see fit to do your will.
In Jesus name I pray,

He immediately consulted with his wise advisers, who knew all the Persian laws and customs, for he always asked their advice.

So Haman’s wife, Zeresh, and all his friends suggested, “Set up a sharpened pole that stands seventy-five feet5:14 Hebrew 50 cubits [23 meters]. tall, and in the morning ask the king to impale Mordecai on it. When this is done, you can go on your merry way to the banquet with the king.” This pleased Haman, and he ordered the pole set up.

Lord God my Father,
May I take the time to consult with you on all decisions I make, May I be bold in this world to do your will. Give me discernment over influence of this world and not of you.
