Lord God my Father,

Your plan is perfect and requires me to allow them to play out by your design. Keep me quiet and in your Peace so I don’t become anxious and controlling with my desires. Help me to dedicate my all, my thoughts, expectations and all my actions, to your will. Help me to stop walking before you living in my desires, but to align and trust in your way even when I don’t understand. You will reveal your wisdom when I am ready.

David and all the Israelites were celebrating with all their might before God, with songs and with harps, lyres, timbrels, cymbals and trumpets.

Uzzah reached out his hand to steady the ark, because the oxen stumbled. 10The Lord’s anger burned against Uzzah, and he struck him down because he had put his hand on the ark. So he died there before God.

so David inquired of God: “Shall I go and attack the Philistines? Will you deliver them into my hands?”

The Lord answered him, “Go, I will deliver them into your hands.”

And the Levites carried the ark of God with the poles on their shoulders, as Moses had commanded in accordance with the word of the Lord.

Lord God my Father,

You are praise worthy and all powerful, worth of all praise. Help me to follow you without doubt so I can carry your way which is beyond my understanding. Keep me in constant desire to seek you first in all thoughts that lead to actions in order do do your will above my desire. Give me strength over my sin nature so I may navigate this day in your delight.

But they soon forgot what he had done and did not wait for his plan to unfold.

Lord God my Father,

Your way is perfect, calm, orderly and peaceful. Help me to keep you at the front of every thought so you can lead me through the storms on calm seas. Keep me from the desire to walk in front of you and point out my desires, but to rest in your hand as you reveal the wisdom you wish me to learn. Your strength and Peace is all I need to believe I will be ok and better off by trusting you with all encounters. Thank you Lord for your patience and grace.

so David inquired of the Lord, “Shall I go and attack the Philistines? Will you deliver them into my hands?”

The Lord answered him, “Go, for I will surely deliver the Philistines into your hands.”

And David became more and more powerful, because the Lord Almighty was with him.

Lord God my Father,

You are ever present and all knowing, Show me how to be at Peace so I remember to call on you constantly so I move in your will and avoid the stresses of my desires. Guide me and give me strength and boldness to follow your plan alone.

When the Lord heard them, he was furious; his fire broke out against Jacob, and his wrath rose against Israel, 22for they did not believe in God or trust in his deliverance.

You are the Truth and the Light, without you there is only darkness and deceit. I need you to survive and feel worthy, help me to have your discernment and only allow your way to guide me. Overwhelm my weakness with your strength.
