A peaceful heart leads to a healthy body; jealousy is like cancer in the bones.
Godliness makes a nation great, but sin is a disgrace to any people.
For the despondent, every day brings trouble; for the happy heart, life is a continual feast.
Lord God my Father,
Your Love and Peace restore me, allow me to represent you well to those around me and allow your Truth to restore your people.

All who fear the Lord will hate evil. Therefore, I hate pride and arrogance, corruption and perverse speech.14Common sense and success belong to me.
The Lord detests people with crooked hearts, but he delights in those with integrity.
Lazy people don’t even cook the game they catch, but the diligent make use of everything they find.
Lord God my Father,
Draw me closer to your way so I may thrive in your plan, protect me from my sinful way. I wish to do life the way you designed it, not by my desire alone.

Joyful is the person who finds wisdom, the one who gains understanding.14For wisdom is more profitable than silver, and her wages are better than gold.
My child, don’t lose sight of common sense and discernment. Hang on to them,22for they will refresh your soul. they are like jewels on a necklace.23They keep you safe on your way, and your feet will not stumble.24You can go to bed without fear;
Lord God my Father,
My Joy comes from you and you are the delight in my day. Keep me close so I may allow you to direct my thoughts so they are pleasing to you.

God gave Solomon very great wisdom and understanding, and knowledge as vast as the sands of the seashore.
Give me the wisdom and knowledge to lead them properly,
He will rescue the poor when they cry to him; he will help the oppressed, who have no one to defend them.13He feels pity for the weak and the needy, and he will rescue them.
Lord God my Father,
Allow me to rest in your Truth and Peace, restore me in my struggles and use my struggles to build me with your direction. Thank you Lord for your plan.

1Joyful are people of integrity, who follow the instructions of the Lord.2Joyful are those who obey his laws and search for him with all their hearts.3They do not compromise with evil, and they walk only in his paths.4You have charged us to keep your commandments carefully.5Oh, that my actions would consistently reflect your decrees!
Open my eyes to see the wonderful truths in your instructions.
You made me; you created me. Now give me the sense to follow your commands.74May all who fear you find in me a cause for joy, for I have put my hope in your word.
Surround me with your tender mercies so I may live, for your instructions are my delight.
Lord God my Father,
You are my Joy and purpose, help me to allow you complete permission in my life, open my eyes to see. Give me obedience to your desire and instructions for my thoughts.

Trust in the Lord and do good. Then you will live safely in the land and prosper.4Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you your heart’s desires.
The wicked plot against the godly; they snarl at them in defiance.13But the Lord just laughs, for he sees their day of judgment coming.
The Lord directs the steps of the godly. He delights in every detail of their lives.24Though they stumble, they will never fall, for the Lord holds them by the hand.
Lord God my Father,
I trust in you above my own desires, protect me from the enemy and direct my steps and may each one bring you glory.

How joyful are those who fear the Lord and delight in obeying his commands.2Their children will be successful everywhere; an entire generation of godly people will be blessed.
I love the Lord because he hears my voice and my prayer for mercy.2Because he bends down to listen, I will pray as long as I have breath!
I believed in you, so I said, “I am deeply troubled, Lord.”11In my anxiety I cried out to you, “These people are all liars!”
In my distress I prayed to the Lord, and the Lord answered me and set me free.6The Lord is for me, so I will have no fear. What can mere people do to me?7Yes, the Lord is for me; he will help me. I will look in triumph at those who hate me.8It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in people.
Lord God my Father,
Fill me with your Truth and Joy, allow me to know you. You hear me when I cry and when I laugh, you join me. Give me strength to keep my gaze on you and not on this world, protect me from the evil desires. My freedom and peace is in you and you have overcome this place.

He said to me, ‘Your son Solomon will build my Temple and its courtyards, for I have chosen him as my son, and I will be his father. 7And if he continues to obey my commands and regulations as he does now, I will make his kingdom last forever.’
“And Solomon, my son, learn to know the God of your ancestors intimately. Worship and serve him with your whole heart and a willing mind. For the Lord sees every heart and knows every plan and thought. If you seek him, you will find him. But if you forsake him, he will reject you forever.
“And now, because of my devotion to the Temple of my God, I am giving all of my own private treasures of gold and silver to help in the construction. This is in addition to the building materials I have already collected for his holy Temple. 4I am donating more than 112 tons of gold29:4a Hebrew 3,000 talents [102 metric tons] of gold. from Ophir and 262 tons of refined silver29:4b Hebrew 7,000 talents [238 metric tons] of silver. to be used for overlaying the walls of the buildings
“O Lord our God, even this material we have gathered to build a Temple to honor your holy name comes from you! It all belongs to you! 17I know, my God, that you examine our hearts and rejoice when you find integrity there. You know I have done all this with good motives, and I have watched your people offer their gifts willingly and joyously.
“O Lord, the God of our ancestors Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, make your people always want to obey you. See to it that their love for you never changes.
Lord God my Father,
I am tired of trying to figure out how to do this life and wish to follow the plan you made for me. As I do this, the fun is beyond my imagination. You are worthy of all glory and praise. Thank you for loving me when I turned from you and allowing me to live long enough to find you on your terms.

Lord, my heart is not proud; my eyes are not haughty. I don’t concern myself with matters too greater too awesome for me to grasp.2Instead, I have calmed and quieted myself,
The Lord will work out his plans for my life—for your faithful love, O Lord, endures forever. Don’t abandon me, for you made me.
Reach down from heaven and rescue me; rescue me from deep waters, from the power of my enemies.8Their mouths are full of lies; they swear to tell the truth, but they lie instead.
Lord God my Father,
Soften my heart and shape it to your will, keep me quiet so I may know you. Make your plan obvious so I may follow you and protect me from the deception of this world.

Be exalted, O God, above the highest heavens. May your glory shine over all the earth.
Now rescue your beloved people. Answer and save us by your power.
Have you rejected us, O God? Will you no longer march with our armies?12Oh, please help us against our enemies, for all human help is useless.13With God’s help we will do mighty things, for he will trample down our foes.
May those curses become the Lord’s punishment for my accusers who speak evil of me.
Lord God my Father,
Your Glory is all that matters, give us strength as we raise your name. Stand with is as we stand for your Truth in the darkness, may those who don’t know you, find you or be defeated.
