Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a loyal spirit within me.

The sacrifice you desire is a broken spirit. You will not reject a broken and repentant heart, O God.

Look down and have mercy on me. Give your strength to your servant; save me, the son of your servant.

Lord God my Father,

Restore me to your perfect, peaceful, completely trusting in your plan, desire. Remove my opinion and allow your way to be on me in all issues of the day. I am a sinner without you and I wish to only be in your will so your strength is all I carry.

 But the Lord was displeased with what David had done.

Lord God my Father,

I know you and love you, yet I stray from you. Lord protect my thoughts and my actions so I may represent you well in all things and not stray from your protection.

In Jesus name I pray,

Be courageous! Let us fight bravely for our people and the cities of our God. May the Lord’s will be done.”

In times of trouble, may the Lord answer your cry. May the name of the God of Jacob keep you safe from all harm. 2May he send you help from his sanctuary

Lord God my Father,

Give me courage to do the hard things that you call me to do. Bring me wisdom to do your will.

Repent, all of you who forget me, or I will tear you apart, and no one will help you. 23But giving thanks is a sacrifice that truly honors me. If you keep to my path, I will reveal to you the salvation of God.”

God says, “At the time I have planned, I will bring justice against the wicked. 3When the earth quakes and its people live in turmoil, I am the one who keeps its foundations firm.

Lord God my Father,

Bring order to your lives and destroy the evil that lives. Your plan is perfect, and I can’t understand your way but deliver us from the ever-present evil that runs rampant in our nation.

David reigned over all Israel, doing what was just and right for all his people.

Lord God my Father,

Restore my heart to how it was designed by you. Cause me to serve you in all things I do. Give me your strength and focus.

Show me the right path, O Lord; point out the road for me to follow. 5Lead me by your truth and teach me, for you are the God who saves me.

In their own eyes they flatter themselves too much to detect or hate their sin.

How priceless is your unfailing love, O God! People take refuge in the shadow of your wings. 8They feast on the abundance of your house; you give them drink from your river of delights. 9For with you is the fountain of life; in your light we see light.

Lord God my Father,

Open my eyes and give me focus on your plan only. Remove my independent desire and cause me to focus only on you. Allow your peace to rest on me in ways that restore me and delight me with your plan while keeping me from struggling to understand.

Yes, and I am willing to look even more foolish than this, even to be humiliated in my own eyes! 

Lord God my Father,

I will worship you in all things. You are my strength and delight and I will dance with you freely.

I have sworn an oath to David, and in my holiness I cannot lie:

Praise the Lord forever! Amen and amen!

I will search for faithful people to be my companions.

Search for the Lord and for his strength; continually seek him.

Lord God my Father,

You are Truth and integrity, help me to know you. Place your people around me and allow your strength to rest on me. Make me victorious in all that I do.

The kings of the earth prepare for battle; the rulers plot together against the Lord and against his anointed one. 3“Let us break their chains,” they cry, “and free ourselves from slavery to God.”

Surely your goodness and unfailing love will pursue me all the days of my life, and I will live in the house of the Lord forever.

The God of Israel gives power and strength to his people. Praise be to God!

Lord God my Fahter,

Protect me from the earthly temptation. Allow me to take in your goodness and live at your table. Allow your strength and Peace to guide me in all things.

Then the Lord’s anger was aroused against Uzzah, and he struck him dead because he had laid his hand on the Ark. So Uzzah died there in the presence of God.

So David asked God, “Should I go out to fight the Philistines? Will you hand them over to me?”

So David’s fame spread everywhere, and the Lord caused all the nations to fear David.

Because you Levites did not carry the Ark the first time, the anger of the Lord our God burst out against us. We failed to ask God how to move it properly.”

Then the Levites carried the Ark of God on their shoulders with its carrying poles, just as the Lord had instructed Moses.

Lord God my Father,

Help me to follow you without distraction and follow you above any other thing or person. Help me to remember to ask you for direction and be still enough to hear your answer. Help me to make you famous in the hearts of those I meet as well as my family. Help me to do life as your directions state.
