Outside the city are the dogs—the sorcerers, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idol worshipers, and all who love to live a lie.
May the grace of the Lord Jesus be with God’s holy people
How hard it is to be completely honest with myself in front of God.
May I truly surrender to be holey.
Lord God, again I ask you to reveal in me areas I wish not to see for I have become comfortable in my sin. Help me to live in my heart in your grace.
And all the people who belong to this world worshiped the beast. They are the ones whose names were not written in the Book of Life
Then the statue of the beast commanded that anyone refusing to worship it must die.
I am so blessed to have eyes that are open to the lord. I still miss some issues in my spirit, but thru Him I can identify and surrender them to him. He can make me whole.
Lord God, reveal the areas I struggle with and with your power thru me, destroy the compromise I live with.
Anyone with ears to hear must listen to the Spirit and understand what he is saying to the churches.
We must understand what he is saying. It is so hard to be quiet enough to hear truth.
Lord God, quiet my spirit so I may hear your truth.
who have not followed this false teaching (‘deeper truths,’ as they call them—depths of Satan, actually).
Dear children, keep away from anything that might take God’s place in your hearts.
It is so hard to see where I put my faith sometimes. Things of my daily life or in him totally.
Lord God protect me from distractions that are not of you.
There is so much more I want to tell you, but you can’t bear it now.
Then his disciples said, “At last you are speaking plainly and not figuratively.
Jesus asked, “Do you finally believe?”
May they experience such perfect unity that the world will know that you sent me
All who love the truth recognize that what I say is true.”
I want to be open to hear, so why do I struggle so much.
Lord God, oh you are so patient with me. Help me to release my perspective and desire to be rite to your perspective and desire for me.
God the Father knew you and chose you long ago, and his Spirit has made you holy.
There is wonderful joy ahead, even though you must endure many trials for a little while. 7These trials will show that your faith is genuine.
Just as Peter took his eyes off of Christ after his faith allowed him to step out of the boat, in the storms that I am in I often take my eyes off of the Savior and feel the stress.
Lord help me to see past the storms and live only in your glory.
The God of our ancestors has chosen you to know his will and to see the Righteous One and hear him speak.
for the Sadducees say there is no resurrection or angels or spirits, but the Pharisees believe in all of these.

15At this point everyone in the high council stared at Stephen, because his face became as bright as an angel’s.
Lord may I have the integrity and pureness of heart in hard times that I may shine bright in your name.
Then Peter said, “Ananias, why have you let Satan fill your heart? You lied to the Holy Spirit, and you kept some of the money for yourself. 4The property was yours to sell or not sell, as you wished. And after selling it, the money was also yours to give away. How could you do a thing like this? You weren’t lying to us but to God!”
As soon as Ananias heard these words, he fell to the floor and died.
Why do I try to hide things and not surrender things to God. All he really wants us to be honest with our thoughts and actions.
