I thirst for God, the living God.
When can I go and stand before him?

You are all that is good and joyful, may I long for your presence in my life this day and not forget you are so close. Lord, open my eyes to your awesome desires for me this day and may I live it for you alone.

May I have the faith of Uriah, and put your task above my will and not have compromise in my actions. May I devote my life and will to your purpose and not displease you with my actions this day. May I be content with what you have given me and care for your gifts you have trusted me with all for your glory.

Lord God, Be with me and give me strength to stay on your path, restore me to purpose you had for me when you created me. Help me against my own thoughts and desires that are not of you. With you I will do amazing things and your enemies will not have power in this place.
