As a dog returns to its vomit,
so a fool repeats his foolishness.
Lord God,
Protect me from my own foolishness. Help me make a path out of my repeated cycle of foolishness.
Take my will and replace it with yours.

Lord God,
Forgive me , forgive me of my sinful way of thinking and acting. Sure I do ok most of the time but even I despise some of my thoughts, desires and actions. Lord God, I beg of you to heal me from my past ways and deliver me into your way today so I may live truly blessed in my spirit, pleasing you in ALL I am and do. It is for you I surrender my will.

‘If your descendants guard their behavior and faithfully follow me as you have done
Lord God,
Be with me give me power over my thoughts and actions to keep them pure and in your favor. Allow me to follow you completely and not to stray.

May I follow His discipline and truly live
We can make our own plans,
but the Lord gives the right answer.
Don’t fail to discipline your children.
The rod of punishment won’t kill them.
14Physical discipline
may well save them from death.
A little extra sleep, a little more slumber,
a little folding of the hands to rest—
34then poverty will pounce on you like a bandit;
scarcity will attack you like an armed robber.
Lord God,
May my plans be based on your desires, my plans often fail. May you bless all I do and may it be for your glory. Protect me from my selfish ways and lead me to life. Keep me from my own desire to rest when I can be working on releasing your glory in the world around me.

Commit your actions to the Lord,
and your plans will succeed.
The tongue can bring death or life;
those who love to talk will reap the consequences.
Lord God,

To accept his way, completely, wholeheartedly, Again and again
Hope deferred makes the heart sick,
but a dream fulfilled is a tree of life.
Laughter can conceal a heavy heart,
but when the laughter ends, the grief remains.
Those who fear the Lord are secure;
he will be a refuge for their children.
A gentle answer deflects anger,
but harsh words make tempers flare.
If you listen to constructive criticism,
you will be at home among the wise.
Lord God,
May I put my hope in you and not in people, I know you will not disappoint me. May my heart laugh in your hope, free of hurts from this world, may I be gentle in spirit with my trust in your plan and may I listen and not defend my desires when you speak to me.

Obedient, completely
Don’t turn your back on wisdom, for she will protect you.
Love her, and she will guard you.
7Getting wisdom is the wisest thing you can do!
And whatever else you do, develop good judgment.
You will say, “How I hated discipline!
If only I had not ignored all the warnings!
13Oh, why didn’t I listen to my teachers?
Why didn’t I pay attention to my instructors?
An evil man is held captive by his own sins;
they are ropes that catch and hold him.
23He will die for lack of self-control;
he will be lost because of his great foolishness.
Lord God,
I humble myself under your authority, I ask for you to discipline me with your truth. Protect me from my sinful thoughts and deliver me to a life of your blessings and truth. Thank you for your direction in my life, help me to surrender all I am to become your obedient child.

Promise me, O women of Jerusalem,
by the gazelles and wild deer,
not to awaken love until the time is right.#
Lord God,
Your way is good, when I stray I create stress. Help me to see your truth, give me courage to follow your path and not be led astray.

He is truth, Tried to prove I was smart, failed!
92If your instructions hadn’t sustained me with joy,
I would have died in my misery.

Lord God my Father,
Thank you for your direction in my life, please forgive me of my stubourn wandering from your desire for me. You allowed me to prove over and over I can’t find your peace on my own. Forgive me and take me back to your home where I can begin to understand the awesome love your have for me. Release me from my past and may I completely follow you.
