Kingdom of Heaven has been forcefully advancing,11:12 Or the Kingdom of Heaven has suffered from violence. and violent people are attacking it.
A good person produces good things from the treasury of a good heart, and an evil person produces evil things from the treasury of an evil heart.
Lord God my Father,
I pray you will raise an army of your people to protect your kingdom here on earth. Bring boldness to the good to bring your truth to this fallen nation. Expose evil for what it is and protect our leaders who choose to do good from the evil desire of the fallen.

Peace filled surrender
Joseph, to whom she was engaged, was a righteous man and did not want to disgrace her publicly,
Lord appeared to him in a dream.
And they left their nets at once and followed him.
They immediately followed him, leaving the boat and their father behind.
Lord God my Father,
I want to be a good man but I struggle. I struggle to understand, to control, to have my way. Lord God, help me to allow you complete use of me, take my doubt, allow me to understand surrender.

His focus
The large crowd listened to him with great delight.
For you don’t know when the master of the household will return—in the evening, at midnight, before dawn, or at daybreak. 36Don’t let him find you sleeping when he arrives without warning.
Lord God my Father,
Open my ears so I can hear you, bring urgency to my work so I will be better prepared for your coming. Remove the distractions from my focus and bless my actions.

Pure faith seems so hard
Then Jesus said to the disciples, “Have faith in God. 23I tell you the truth, you can say to this mountain, ‘May you be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ and it will happen. But you must really believe it will happen and have no doubt in your heart. 24I tell you, you can pray for anything, and if you believe that you’ve received it, it will be yours. 25But when you are praying, first forgive anyone you are holding a grudge against, so that your Father in heaven will forgive your sins, too.
Lord God my Father,
I fail in wholeheartedly following you every day, I need your help to remove my doubt. I want to follow you completely but I still gaze on this world. I still have offences I haven’t forgiven, help me to put them where they belong.

He is the Truth, not me.
“This kind can be cast out only by prayer.
They didn’t understand what he was saying, however, and they were afraid to ask him what he meant.

“No one who performs a miracle in my name will soon be able to speak evil of me. 40Anyone who is not against us is for us.
Lord God my Father,
Help me to understand my limits and trust you in all things. Open my heart to hear your truth and act in your love not my own reactions. May I act only in your name and not my own understanding.

Faith in His ability alone
But Jesus said, “You feed them.”
“With what?” they asked.
“Don’t be afraid,” he said. “Take courage! I am here!
you are defiled by what comes from your heart.
Lord God my Father,
Give me the faith to believe in your unbridled ability. I want to stop restricting the power you place in me to do your work. Give me the courage to do what I feel is impossible for with you all things are possible. Open my heart and the potential you place in me.

“Why are you afraid? Do you still have no faith?”
“Who touched my robe?”
“Don’t be afraid. Just have faith.”
Lord God my Father,
Give me understanding to make my faith whole, Heal me from distraction and doubt.

Who am I?
“You are my dearly loved Son, and you bring me great joy.”
“It has such authority! Even evil spirits obey his orders!”
I have come to call not those who think they are righteous, but those who know they are sinners.”
Lord God my Father,
I know you love me more than I can understand, help me to love myself for who you created me to be and turn my back on the ways I have learned that separate me from you. I am a broken sinner and need your way to find truth.

Work for Peace in my soul.
Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.
“Love your neighbor as yourself.”
And don’t let yourself think about ways to indulge your evil desires.
Lord God my Father,
Grab me where I am and transform me into the man you desire me to be. Make me aware of my sin and direct me to do what I must to be free from it, from there you transform me to my purpose. Give me a heart that relies only on you and not of this world.
