for among all the people of the earth, I can see that you alone are righteous. 

 “I will never again curse the ground because of the human race, even though everything they think or imagine is bent toward evil from childhood. I will never again destroy all living things. 22As long as the earth remains, there will be planting and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night.”

Lord God my Father,

Help me to stay in the desire that pleases you. My desire is to be obedient to your way without resistance.

“Why are you so angry?” the Lord asked Cain. “Why do you look so dejected? 7You will be accepted if you do what is right. But if you refuse to do what is right, then watch out! Sin is crouching at the door, eager to control you. But you must subdue it and be its master.”

Enoch lived 365 years, 24walking in close fellowship with God. Then one day he disappeared, because God took him.

The Lord observed the extent of human wickedness on the earth, and he saw that everything they thought or imagined was consistently and totally evil.

God observed all this corruption in the world, for everyone on earth was corrupt.

So Noah did everything exactly as God had commanded him.

Lord God my Father,

Give me power over my evil ways and help me to keep my attention on you and live under your spirit, not my own.

In the beginning God

in the image of God he created them;

Then God looked over all he had made, and he saw that it was very good!

And God blessed the seventh day and declared it holy, because it was the day when he rested from all his work of creation.

“It is not good for the man to be alone.

Then the Lord God said, “Look, the human beings have become like us

Lord God my Father,

You are literally everything and you choose to place proper boundaries in my life for my own good, Thank you for loving as you do, help me to be the son you desire me to be. Place your plan on my heart.

Let the one who is doing harm continue to do harm; let the one who is vile continue to be vile; let the one who is righteous continue to live righteously; let the one who is holy continue to be holy.”

“Look, I am coming soon, bringing my reward with me to repay all people according to their deeds. 13I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.”

Blessed are those who wash their robes. They will be permitted to enter through the gates of the city and eat the fruit from the tree of life. 15Outside the city are the dogs—the sorcerers, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idol worshipers, and all who love to live a lie.16“I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give you this message for the churches. I am both the source of David and the heir to his throne.22:16 Greek I am the root and offspring of David. I am the bright morning star.”

The Spirit and the bride say, “Come.” Let anyone who hears this say, “Come.” Let anyone who is thirsty come. Let anyone who desires drink freely from the water of life. 18And I solemnly declare to everyone who hears the words of prophecy written in this book: If anyone adds anything to what is written here, God will add to that person the plagues described in this book. 

May the grace of the Lord Jesus be with God’s holy people.

Lord God my Father,

Help me to release control to your care, give me peace in understanding your control of everything.

17And the dragon was angry at the woman and declared war against the rest of her children—all who keep God’s commandments and maintain their testimony for Jesus.

Then the beast was allowed to speak great blasphemies against God. And he was given authority to do whatever he wanted for forty-two months. 6And he spoke terrible words of blasphemy against God, slandering his name and his dwelling—that is, those who dwell in heaven.

And all the people who belong to this world worshiped the beast. They are the ones whose names were not written in the Book of Life that belongs to the Lamb who was slaughtered before the world was made.

This means that God’s holy people must endure persecution patiently and remain faithful.

He required everyone—small and great, rich and poor, free and slave—to be given a mark on the right hand or on the forehead. 17And no one could buy or sell anything without that mark, which was either the name of the beast or the number representing his name.

Anyone who worships the beast and his statue or who accepts his mark on the forehead or on the hand 10must drink the wine of God’s anger. 

 torment will rise forever and ever, and they will have no relief day or night, for they have worshiped the beast and his statue and have accepted the mark of his name.”

Lord God my Father,

Keep me under your protection, open my eyes to your truth only, keep my faith in you and not in this world.

Then I looked, and I heard a single eagle crying loudly as it flew through the air, “Terror, terror, terror to all who belong to this world because of what will happen when the last three angels blow their trumpets.”

Lord God my Father,

Open my eyes to the areas in my life I hold compromise and give me power to remove it.

10“Because you have obeyed my command to persevere, I will protect you from the great time of testing that will come upon the whole world to test those who belong to this world. 11I am coming soon.

“Anyone with ears to hear must listen to the Spirit and understand what he is saying to the churches.

“Look! I stand at the door and knock. If you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in, and we will share a meal together as friends. 21Those who are victorious will sit with me on my throne, just as I was victorious and sat with my Father on his throne.22“Anyone with ears to hear must listen to the Spirit and understand what he is saying to the churches.”

Lord God my Father,

Keep me under your authority and heal me from my past. Open my heart to only follow you and bring your Love to those around me.

In Jesus name I pray,

And who can win this battle against the world? Only those who believe that Jesus is the Son of God.

And we are confident that he hears us whenever we ask for anything that pleases him.

We know that God’s children do not make a practice of sinning, for God’s Son holds them securely, and the evil one cannot touch them. 19We know that we are children of God and that the world around us is under the control of the evil one.

And don’t forget Sodom and Gomorrah and their neighboring towns, which were filled with immorality and every kind of sexual perversion. Those cities were destroyed by fire and serve as a warning of the eternal fire of God’s judgment.

They told you that in the last times there would be scoffers whose purpose in life is to satisfy their ungodly desires. 19These people are the ones who are creating divisions among you. They follow their natural instincts because they do not have God’s Spirit in them.

Lord God my Father,

You are in control, your plan is perfect. Keep my eyes focused on your Truth and keep my feet on your path. Help me to share you as you wish to be shared.

In Jesus name I pray,

 Supplement your faith with a generous provision of moral excellence, and moral excellence with knowledge, 6and knowledge with self-control, and self-control with patient endurance, and patient endurance with godliness, 7and godliness with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection with love for everyone.8The more you grow like this, the more productive and useful you will be in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9But those who fail to develop in this way are shortsighted or blind, forgetting that they have been cleansed from their old sins.

He is especially hard on those who follow their own twisted sexual desire, and who despise authority.

Lord God my Father,

Open my heart to see your glory and protect me from the ways of the world.

Treat your wife with understanding as you live together. She may be weaker than you are, but she is your equal partner in God’s gift of new life. Treat her as you should so your prayers will not be hindered.

God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another. 

So if you are suffering in a manner that pleases God, keep on doing what is right, and trust your lives to the God who created you, for he will never fail you.

In his kindness God called you to share in his eternal glory by means of Christ Jesus. 

Lord God my Father,

Expose in me the heart you designed for me to use with my wife, family and friends. Develop the gifts you gave me to serve you, give me comfort in the struggle and Truth in Jesus Christ.
