The sacrifice you desire is a broken spirit.You will not reject a broken and repentant heart, O God.

Keep me from my selfish desire, allow me to be satisfied in your presence. Keep me from disappointing you with a spirit of discernment of my thoughts. Heal me from my past sin so my guilt will not influence me.

I have been with you wherever you have gone, and I have destroyed all your enemies before your eyes. 

So the Lord made David victorious wherever he went.

With God’s help we will do mighty things,for he will trample down our foes.

You are with me help me to understand your desire for me, fight the enemy so I may be free to do your will.

Help me to put you first in all my decisions, Help me to place you as my first thought always.
