“Don’t be afraid,” he said. “Take courage. I am here!

And he was amazed at their unbelief.

Then the king deeply regretted what he had said; but because of the vows he had made in front of his guests,

They were totally amazed, for they still didn’t understand the significance of the miracle of the loaves. Their hearts were too hard to take it in.

 all who touched him were healed.

Its significance was hidden from them, so they couldn’t understand it, and they were afraid to ask him about it.

Lord God my Father,

You are my strength and courage, help me to trust you, Help me make decisions that are according to your will and bring healing to me and those who wish to find you. Allow me to touch the outermost fringe of you and truly find your healing, open my eyes and mind to your plan.

In Jesus name I pray,
