“I will never again remember
their sins and lawless deeds.”10:17 Jer 31:34b.
18And when sins have been forgiven, there is no need to offer any more sacrifices.

So do not throw away this confident trust in the Lord. Remember the great reward it brings you! 36Patient endurance is what you need now, so that you will continue to do God’s will. Then you will receive all that he has promised.

Lord God my Father,
Take my past from me, complete with my memories. Allow me to forget the time when I didn’t pursue you and deliver me into your forgiven family to be free to share your grace. Allow me to live free from the bondage of the past into a more perfect present led by your Holy Spirit.
