Always Blessed

Job 1-5

One day the angels came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan also came with them. 7The Lord said to Satan, “Where have you come from?”

Satan answered the Lord, “From roaming throughout the earth, going back and forth on it.”

In all this, Job did not sin by charging God with wrongdoing.

His wife said to him, “Are you still maintaining your integrity? Curse God and die!”

Then they sat on the ground with him for seven days and seven nights. No one said a word to him, because they saw how great his suffering was.

Lord God my Father,

You are almighty and all knowing, thank you for being so close to me that I may follow you. Your way is beyond understanding so help me to not try. The battle between good and evil rages all around me, help me to live in your Peace. Keep Satan at bay, help me to know how to defend against his desire. Keep me in a state of worship in all things, you are my strength. Surround me with good men that will support me as you designed it to be.

In Jesus name I pray,

Amen

One me.

“Whoever sheds human blood, by humans shall their blood be shed; for in the image of God has God made mankind.

Lord God my Father,

Your way leads to abundant life and Peace. Help me to know you so I may follow you completely. As I know you, I find who I was designed to be.

In Jesus name I pray,

Amen

Without judgment.

“Why are you angry? Why is your face downcast? 7If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must rule over it.”

Now the earth was corrupt in God’s sight and was full of violence. 12God saw how corrupt the earth had become, for all the people on earth had corrupted their ways.

Lord God my Father,

Help me to keep my focus on gratitude for every situation before me. Keep the desire of darkness away by allowing me to carry your light with confidence. Broken is all around me and in me, help me to not judge but to accept your judgment in my heart. Thank you for being with me.

In Jesus name I pray,

Amen

Abundant gratitude.

Gen. 1-3

Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”

Adam and his wife were both naked, and they felt no shame.

“You will not certainly die,” the serpent said to the woman. 5“For God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”

The woman said, “The serpent deceived me, and I ate.”

“The man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil. He must not be allowed to reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live forever.”

Lord God my Father,

You are creator and designer, your plan is perfect. Lord I am sorry I question you and make my own way. Forgive me and give me wisdom to find where I worship me more than you. Direct me back to your path and protect me from the deceiver who never leaves. Help me to be grateful in all things so darkness has no place to hide in my thoughts.

In Jesus name I pray,

Amen
