“Follow me,”he told him, and Matthew got up and followed him.

 “According to your faith let it be done to you”;30and their sight was restored. 

But the Pharisees and the experts in the law rejected God’s purpose for themselves, because they had not been baptized by John.

Therefore, I tell you, her many sins have been forgiven—as her great love has shown. But whoever has been forgiven little loves little.”

Jesus said to the woman, “Your faith has saved you; go in peace.”

Lord God my Father,

Call me and make me obedient to your calling. Allow my faith to be pure, without distraction. Keep me from trying to understand from my understanding and allow your Truth to make me clean.

In Jesus name I pray,

Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.

“Do not judge, or you too will be judged.2For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.

Lord God my Father,

Help me make decisions that honor you and not from my broken desires. Help me to live as you designed so I may represent you well.

“Here is my servant whom I have chosen, the one I love, in whom I delight; I will put my Spirit on him, and he will proclaim justice to the nations. 19He will not quarrel or cry out;

For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.

Lord God my Father,

Allow me to know you so I may carry you well. Restore my heart to your way.

For the Father loves the Son and shows him all he does.

These are the very Scriptures that testify about me,40yet you refuse to come to me to have life.

Lord God my Father,

Show me what to do and make me obedient to you alone. Help me to not wrestle with you and allow my perspective to be reduced to nothing.

Then the whole town went out to meet Jesus. And when they saw him, they pleaded with him to leave their region.

 “The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath.

Lord God my Father,

Help me to embrace you completely and be strong against the power of evil. Help me to allow only your spirit to live in me as you desire.

Jesus answered them, “Destroy this temple, and I will raise it again in three days.”

20They replied, “It has taken forty-six years to build this temple, and you are going to raise it in three days?” 21But the temple he had spoken of was his body. 22After he was raised from the dead, his disciples recalled what he had said. 

Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit.

Very truly I tell you, we speak of what we know, and we testify to what we have seen, but still you people do not accept our testimony.12I have spoken to you of earthly things and you do not believe; how then will you believe if I speak of heavenly things?

God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.”

Lord God my Father,

Help me to hear from your perspective so I may understand without having to ponder. Allow my spirit with your influence to guide me this day and share it in ways to encourage others to seek you as well. Help me to know without having to understand, your will and delight.

 Jesus called them, 22and immediately they left the boat and their father and followed him.

When the devil had finished all this tempting, he left him until an opportune time.

Simon answered, “Master, we’ve worked hard all night and haven’t caught anything. But because you say so, I will let down the nets.”

6When they had done so, they caught such a large number of fish that their nets began to break. 

 “Lord, if you are willing, you can make me clean.”

13Jesus reached out his hand and touched the man. “I am willing,”he said. “Be clean!”

Lord God my Father,

Help me to act immediately when you call me and keep me from temptation. When you ask me to do something, help me to not delay so the harvest is great. Lord God, make me clean.

Because Joseph her husband was faithful to the law, and yet did not want to expose her to public disgrace, he had in mind to divorce her quietly.

Lord God my Father,

Cause me to be faithful to you in all areas of my life. Bless me with understanding as you designed it and allow me to share you well with others.

In Jesus name I pray,

“I am the Lord’s servant,” Mary answered. “May your word to me be fulfilled.” Then the angel left her.

Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfill his promises to her!”

“Praise be to the Lord, the God of Israel, because he has come to his people and redeemed them.

For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. 

Lord God my Father,

I am your servant, give me the heart of Mary to be obedient and believe without doubt. Help me to see as you do.

In Jesus name I pray,

 Because the hand of the Lord my God was on me, I took courage and gathered leaders from Israel to go up with me.

So we fasted and petitioned our God about this, and he answered our prayer.

Rise up; this matter is in your hands. We will support you, so take courage and do it.”

Now honor the Lord, the God of your ancestors, and do his will. Separate yourselves from the peoples around you and from your foreign wives.”

12The whole assembly responded with a loud voice: “You are right! We must do as you say. 

Lord God my Father,

Rest on me and give me inspiration and courage to carry you well. Give me a focus on you that gives me strength over my weakness. Help me to surround myself with Godly men who will lift me and make me accountable. Give me a single desire to honor you and do your will.
