Lord will strike Egypt with a plague; he will strike them and heal them. They will turn to the Lord, and he will respond to their pleas and heal them.

See what has happened to those we relied on, those we fled to for help and deliverance from the king of Assyria! How then can we escape?’ ”

The Lord, the God of Israel, has spoken.

but you did not look to the One who made it, or have regard for the One who planned it long ago. 12The Lord, the Lord Almighty, called you on that day to weep and to wail, to tear out your hair and put on sackcloth. 13But see, there is joy and revelry,

Lord God my Father,

Humble my arrogance, strengthen my gaze on you. Help me to place you before my thoughts and rely only on you in everything, transform me into your design for me. You made me and you have a plan that is perfect for me, help me to release it completely.
