the Lord still loves Israel, even though the people have turned to other gods and love to worship them.

Since you have forgotten the laws of your God,I will forget to bless your children.

But like Adam, you broke my covenant and betrayed my trust.

I wanted to redeem them, but they have told lies about me.14They do not cry out to me with sincere hearts. Instead, they sit on their couches and wail.

Lord God my Father,

Straighten my heart and restore it to worship only you. Draw me close and bless my actions and cause me to desire pleasing you only. Protect me from deceit.
