Moses assumed his fellow Israelites would realize that God had sent him to rescue them, but they didn’t.

59As they stoned him, Stephen prayed, “Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.” 60He fell to his knees, shouting, “Lord, don’t charge them with this sin!” And with that, he died.

20But Peter replied, “May your money be destroyed with you for thinking God’s gift can be bought! 21You can have no part in this, for your heart is not right with God. 22Repent of your wickedness and pray to the Lord. 

Lord God my Father,

Help me to not think for you and allow your work to be done thru me with out my desire in your way. Give me a heart that seeks your truth only.
