Sinful alone

Again the Israelites did evil in the Lord’s sight. They served the images of Baal and Ashtoreth, and the gods of Aram, Sidon, Moab, Ammon, and Philistia. They abandoned the Lord and no longer served him at all.

The Israelites were in great distress. 10Finally, they cried out to the Lord for help, saying, “We have sinned against you because we have abandoned you as our God and have served the images of Baal.”

Lord God my Father,

Protect me from my free will, may my thoughts and actions be purely from you. I have sinned against you and abandoned you to do my will and proven I am full of sin away from you.

In Jesus name I pray,

Amen

  1. Wouldn’t it be great if we all surrendered our free will unto Him? But some will say, “Well that would make us like puppets with God pulling all the strings.” And I say “Those that know God, of their own free will want Him pulling all the strings.”

    1. My largest desire is to loose myself and live the way He designed me to live. Got a lot of baggage to surrender to get there.
