Why do the wicked get away with despising God?They think, “God will never call us to account.”14But you see the trouble and grief they cause.

How can I know all the sins lurking in my heart?Cleanse me from these hidden faults.13Keep your servant from deliberate sins!Don’t let them control me.

Lord God my Father,

Remove my trouble and grief created by my own foolishness, Reveal the areas in my heart I remain in control of so I may release them to your care. Restore my soul.
