But Lord, you remain the same forever!
Your throne continues from generation to generation.
20Why do you continue to forget us?
Why have you abandoned us for so long?
21Restore us, O Lord, and bring us back to you again!
Give us back the joys we once had!

Lord God my Father,
I seem to change everyday, Thank you for your constant reputation. Forgive me of my past and deliver me to your blessed present. Make me clean in mind and spirit, May we delight together in the matters of today.

Lord God my Father,
May I live to be desirable to you in all ways. May your way alive in me draw others to you. Remove my ugly way, my spiteful, resentful way and replace it with your beauty. May I simply be made delightful by my surrender to you.

Lord God my Father,
Prepare my heart for your wisdom, protect me from the ways of the world. May I live in delight of your way and not the ways of the world. Protect my eyes, thoughts and actions from the sinful ways of my past and deliver me to a new beginning in you.

Would he use his great power to argue with me?
No, he would give me a fair hearing.

so I would be forever acquitted by my judge.

Lord God my Father,
Hold me accountable for my thoughts, guide me to your way, make my heart long for your truth.

Though the pride of the godless reaches to the heavens
and their heads touch the clouds,
7yet they will vanish forever,

Lord God my Father,
Help me to see my pride and surrender it to you, Allow me to live under your authority and not my own.

For the godless are barren.
Their homes, enriched through bribery, will burn.
35They conceive trouble and give birth to evil.
Their womb produces deceit.”

Lord God my Father,
Protect me from the godless, Protect me from my own doubt. Direct my thoughts to be only on you and your desire for me. May we delight with each other this day.

Every word of God proves true.
He is a shield to all who come to him for protection.

or he may rebuke you and expose you as a liar.

But this is what will save me—I am not godless.

Lord god my Father,
Protect me and help me to see your truth. Help me to hold my words back and listen for your guidance. Give me strength in my trials and focus on your power alone. May I live under your power, may I represent you well.
