I took my troubles to the Lord;
I cried out to him, and he answered my prayer.
2Rescue me, O Lord, from liars
and from all deceitful people.

It is useless for you to work so hard
from early morning until late at night,
anxiously working for food to eat;
for God gives rest to his loved ones.

Lord God my Father,
You are the Truth, I place myself in your care. Protect me from the ways of this world and allow me to live in your Truth. My struggles are not mine for you love me and wish me to hand them over to your care. I trust in your plan for me.
