They are clever enough at doing wrong,
but they have no idea how to do right!”

But even when they are under oath,
saying, ‘As surely as the Lord lives,’
they are still telling lies!”

Lord God my Father,
Purify my thoughts to only carry your truth. Give me wisdom to do your will, keep me from slander and use me for your purpose.
