I, the Lord your God,
the Holy One of Israel, have made you glorious.”
6Seek the Lord while you can find him.

“Keep the Sabbath day holy.
Don’t pursue your own interests on that day,
but enjoy the Sabbath
and speak of it with delight as the Lord’s holy day.
Honor the Sabbath in everything you do on that day,

Lord God my Father,
May I delight in your glory, may my life honor you. Lord God, remove my desire to be in this world on the Sabbath, may I give you completely my life, thoughts actions each Sabbath releasing the troubles and concerns of this world to your care and spend the time walking with you only.

The Sovereign Lord has spoken to me,
and I have listened.
I have not rebelled or turned away.

All of us, like sheep, have strayed away.
We have left God’s paths to follow our own.
Yet the Lord laid on him
the sins of us all.

Lord God my Father,
Open my eyes to see your desire, open my spirit so I may follow your will. May I trust in you completely and accept the gift you have given me.

“What sorrow awaits those who argue with their Creator.
Does a clay pot argue with its maker?
Does the clay dispute with the one who shapes it, saying,
‘Stop, you’re doing it wrong!’
Does the pot exclaim,
‘How clumsy can you be?’

“But there is no peace for the wicked,”
says the Lord.

Lord God my Father,
I am tired of rebelling against you, I wish only to follow you and do only your will. I wish to make you proud of me and follow your every word. You know my future, may I follow and not resist. May I find peace in your truth and protection from the lies.

You see and recognize what is right
but refuse to act on it.
You hear with your ears,
but you don’t really listen.”

Such stupidity and ignorance!
Their eyes are closed, and they cannot see.
Their minds are shut, and they cannot think.

Lord God my Father,
Soften my hard ways so I may hear you, Open my eyes and mind to see and follow.

In Jesus name,

See, they are all foolish, worthless things.
All your idols are as empty as the wind.

Lord God my Father,
I beg of you to remove the idols I have built in my life, my so called wisdom, pride, arrogance. Deliver me to a place under your authority where I only act on your desire. Allow me to delight in your presence, protected from the temptations of this world.
I Jesus name I pray,

Though you are such wicked rebels, my people, come and return to the Lord. 7I know the glorious day will come when each of you will throw away the gold idols and silver images your sinful hands have made.

And a great road will go through that once deserted land.
It will be named the Highway of Holiness.
Evil-minded people will never travel on it.

Lord God my Father,
Give me your power to overcome my past, the past filled with selfishness and greed. Deliver me to the present, in your presence so I may resist my way and live for you sharing you with your people. Keep me safe from attack, place me on the rite path.

The coming destruction can never touch us,
for we have built a strong refuge made of lies and deception.”

“Only in returning to me
and resting in me will you be saved.
In quietness and confidence is your strength.

Lord God my Father,
I beg of you to remove my arrogance, protect me from pride, may I hear your voice over the noise around me. I pray for your wisdom and wish to live your will. Remove the rebellion and bring me in under your authority. I wondered far in my youth and wish to rest in your power and peace. Take the battles from me and bring your peace to my life.

For only when you come to judge the earth
will people learn what is right.
10Your kindness to the wicked
does not make them do good.
Although others do right, the wicked keep doing wrong
and take no notice of the Lord’s majesty.

But those who die in the Lord will live;
their bodies will rise again!
Those who sleep in the earth
will rise up and sing for joy!

Lord God my Father,
I pray for your judgment to come to this nation, that you would expose evil for what it is and open the eyes of your people to it. I pray that your blessings will expose your truth. Use me to your will to be a light to those living in darkness.

The Lord has sent a spirit of foolishness on them,
so all their suggestions are wrong.

But the Lord of Heaven’s Armies also says: “The time will come when I will pull out the nail that seemed so firm. It will come out and fall to the ground. Everything it supports will fall with it. I, the Lord, have spoken!”

Lord God my Father,
Protect me from foolishness, keep my securely in your will. I place my trust in you, help me with my doubts. I surrender to your way even when I don’t understand.

“It will all happen as I have planned.
It will be as I have decided.

Lord God my Father,
Help me to submit to your plan and stop trying to do things my way. I have no power on my own so why to I try. I surrender to live your plan, trusting your way is better than mine.
