He never sinned,
nor ever deceived anyone.
23He did not retaliate when he was insulted,
nor threaten revenge when he suffered.
He left his case in the hands of God,
who always judges fairly.
24He personally carried our sins
in his body on the cross
so that we can be dead to sin
and live for what is right.
Lord God,
by your grace may I be powerful today for your kingdom.
As he reasoned with them about righteousness and self-control and the coming day of judgment, Felix became frightened.
‘Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me? It is useless for you to fight against my will.’
Yes, I am sending you to the Gentiles 18to open their eyes, so they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God.

May your truth bring me peace, not fear. May I be bold for your truth in my life and the world around me. May I do your will and further your message. May the eyes of those around me be opened to your truth and may we your people turn away from the desires of this world.

“Don’t be afraid! Speak out! Don’t be silent!

Give me a boldness to speak your truth to others in this world. Lord God help me to find clarity in this world of confusion and witness to your way to salvation.

But while Peter was in prison, the church prayed very earnestly for him.

Lord God,
You know how much I love you and I pray for your desire for me to be mine, Lord God help me to become obedient to you and not delay taking into action your plan for me.

But Lord,” exclaimed Ananias, “I’ve heard many people talk about the terrible things this man has done to the believers
So Ananias went and found Saul. He laid his hands on him and said, “Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus, who appeared to you on the road, has sent me so that you might regain your sight and be filled with the Holy Spirit.”
The church then had peace throughout Judea, Galilee, and Samaria, and it became stronger
But the voice spoke again: “Do not call something unclean if God has made it clean.
Then Jesus went around doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with him.
Lord God,
Give me boldness in the face of my fears to trust in you and your desire for me, Lord protect me from my past and remove Satan’s desire to use it against me, may I live in the moment with your desire on my heart. Lord God, use me to glorify your kingdom serving first my family. May I stop thinking about your desire for me and be obedient without hesitation.

31The man replied, “How can I, unless someone instructs me?”
Lord God,
Soften my heart from the ways of this place and allow me ot understand you. Instruct me as to your way and desire and give me power over my earthly ways so I may be obedient to you.

The apostles left the high council rejoicing that God had counted them worthy to suffer disgrace for the name of Jesus.

Bless me with a bold faith and obedience to you. Allow me to stand with you and rejoice your name endlessly.

Lord God,
May I surrender my all, everything to you. May I live to please you not myself and bring you glory in all I do. I need you in charge for this to happen. Help me to understand what it means to surrender.
